Frequently Asked Questions

To book your reservation simply click the unit you want and click BOOK NOW. You may also use the search option to check the dates you want and see if it is available.

Stays less than 10 days:

Cancel 5 days or more prior to arrival 100% refund

Cancel 4 days or less prior to arrival no refund of deposit

 

Stays 10 days or more:

Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date, 100% refund
Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival lose deposit

Unfortunately for the mean time we don’t allow pets on our units.

Service animals are permitted but may not be left in the property unattended. Guests must notify the host if they are bringing a service animal and must present certification prior to arrival.

Changing the date of your reservation can still be done 48 hours prior to check in without any fee applied but will depend on the availabily of the unit

Property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.

The amount of required deposit is 25% of stay total and due at time of booking.

 

 

  • There is onsite parking for 1 vehicle only.  Guest must park in designated spot. 
  • The registered guest must actually stay in the property for the duration of the reservation. You may not book for someone else.
  • Minimum registered guest age is 21 
  • The registered guest must provide a copy of a government issued identification prior to arrival.
  • No parties, events or gatherings permitted. No more than the allowed number or guests may be in the property at any given time. 
  • If guest damages the property or any item it must be reported to the host as soon as possible. 
  • Check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 11:00am.
  • No Smoking anywhere inside or outside of the property. 
  • Guest is a guest in the property and not a tenant. Guest does not have any tenant rights under the landlord tenant act. 
  • No pets permitted
  • Any violation of the guest stay policies and house rules will result in the termination of the reservation, with the guest immediately vacating the property and no refund of any portion of the fee regardless of the balance of the unused portion of funds.
